Five years after founding and building his own dance company (Project Dance) James felt a desire to expand on the fundraising and support of young people Project Dance had already achieved, by setting about on creating a charity, which would act independently of the organisation, with a sole focus on the provision of support for young people and community access to dance.
The Project Dance Charity Foundation is an independent charity set up and funded by Project Dance to provide dance education to all and enable young people from disadvantaged backgrounds overcome financial barriers limiting their access to the benefits of dance
